These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Innovation Cameroon's website and mobile application, available at https://find-home.innovcam.com.
By accessing this platform you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Find Home if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person using this platform and complying with the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Innovation Cameroon. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of assisting the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law of Cameroon.

Most interactive websites use cookies to retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas, making it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate or advertising partners may also use cookies.
Unless otherwise stated, Innovation Cameroon and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Find Home. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access content from Find Home for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Parts of this platform offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information. While Innovation Cameroon screens user-generated content with automated filters and reviews reported content, it cannot manually review every comment before it appears. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posted them, not of Innovation Cameroon, its agents, or affiliates. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Innovation Cameroon shall not be liable for the comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use, posting, or appearance of the comments on this platform.
Innovation Cameroon reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You hereby grant Innovation Cameroon a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit any of your comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.
Find-Home has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By creating an account and using the app you agree to this policy. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the platform, including listings, descriptions, reviews, profiles, photos, and messages:
Every user can flag objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. We review every report and act within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it. Violations may result in the immediate removal of content and the suspension or permanent termination of the offending account, without notice. Blocking a user removes their content from your view immediately and prevents them from contacting you.
Find Home applies a commission to bookings made through the platform. For standard listings the commission is added on top of the landlord's listed price: the landlord receives their listed price in full, and the guest pays that price plus the commission. The standard commission rate is 10%, unless a different rate applies to a specific listing or agreement. The full amount payable, including the commission, is shown before you confirm a booking.
Booking-specific fees and cancellation rules, and landlord payout terms, are set out respectively in the Booking Terms and Host Terms, which you accept when you first make a booking or publish a listing.
For our Concierge Search service (agents finding a home on your behalf), a fee must be paid before the search begins, as stated in the application at the time of the request. In the event that no matching property is found, Find Home will refund 50% of the amount paid by the user.
Where an agent is assigned to assist with a property listing or booking, the applicable commission rate and payment terms shall be set out in a Commission Agreement executed within the platform. Both the landlord and the agent must confirm the agreement before any bookings are processed. Find Home calculates agent payouts after deducting the agreed commission from the settled booking amount.
Bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation by the property owner or landlord. Payments are processed through the in-app payment providers (mobile money), or, where a listing is marked as direct payment, arranged directly with the landlord off-platform. Find Home acts as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of payment providers.
Find Home reserves the right to reverse or cancel transactions in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or abuse of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Find Home cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false information during registration.
The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval: government agencies; search engines; news organizations; and online directory distributors.
We may consider other link requests from commonly-known consumer or business information sources, internet portals, accounting, law, and consulting firms, and educational institutions. Approved organizations may link to our home page using our corporate name, the URL, or any other description of our website that fits within the context of the linking party's site.
No use of Innovation Cameroon's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking without a trademark license agreement. To request a link arrangement, contact us at support@innovcam.com.
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website that links to ours. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your website. No links should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringe, otherwise violate, or advocate the infringement or other violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and our linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound by and to follow these linking terms and conditions.
